Read to Succeed update

Our improving literacy programme is growing in strength and numbers. Feedback from the children, parents, carers and volunteers has been extremely positive.

On Saturday19 May, the Children‟s Library welcomed Luke Crookes, a tutor from GSMD who led a popular and well-attended event for Under 5s. Luke provided music, actions, audience participation and tips for parents on how music can help with child development. We are pleased he has agreed to return and lead a Summer Reading Challenge event in August.
